    Mr. Olivas has over 35 years experience in General Commercial & Institutional Construction industry. His responsibilities include: Estimating, cost & quality control, scheduling, liaison between owner and architect, administering contracts between subcontractors, overseeing field and office operations, project cost projections, and creating and maintaining the construction schedule.

  • Patricia Olivas Vice President and Office Manager

    Mrs. Olivas has over 30 years of General Office and Accounting Experience. Her responsibilities include overseeing the daily office operations of the business, records and maintain the company’s bookkeeping system which includes purchasing, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Responsible for company's certifications, Insurance, attends workshops and networking events.
